These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application (Glowsel). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App allows users to discover, book, and manage appointments with third-party service providers (e.g., salons, spas, wellness professionals). We provide a booking platform, not the services themselves.

2. Account Creation

To use features such as booking, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Bookings 

• Appointments are booked through the App by you, or by the service providers only after you have contacted them and ask them to book an appointment for you
• The service providers (e.g., salons, spas, wellness professionals) have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason without notifying you first

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate others or provide false information.
• Leave fraudulent reviews or interfere with other users' experiences.
• Attempt to hack or damage the App’s functionality.

5. Reviews & Feedback

You may leave reviews for services you’ve booked. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design in the App are owned by Glowsel and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reproduce content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the services provided by third-party businesses booked through the App. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection.

We do not guarantee availability or quality of services. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.

For Businesses

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glowsel platform as a registered service provider. By creating a business profile and listing your services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Glowsel enables you to offer and manage services such as beauty, wellness, and spa treatments. You agree to use the platform solely for professional purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Business Account & Profile

You must provide accurate and complete business information. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your profile up to date.
• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring that listed services, pricing, and availability are truthful and current.

3. Bookings

• Users can book services directly via the App or contact you to request bookings.
• You are expected to honor booked appointments unless cancellation is necessary due to valid reasons.
• Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in profile review or suspension.
• You agree to keep your availability calendar updated to avoid overbooking.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

You may cancel appointments when necessary but should notify users in a timely and professional manner. In case of repeated complaints or policy violations, Glowsel reserves the right to remove or suspend your account.

5. User Data & Privacy

You may receive personal information from users (name, phone number, etc.) strictly for managing appointments. You agree to:

• Use this information only for providing the booked service.
• Not contact users for unrelated marketing unless they have given explicit consent.
• Handle personal data responsibly and in line with data protection laws.

6. Reviews & Ratings

Users may leave public reviews of their experience. You agree to:

• Accept constructive feedback.
• Respond professionally if needed.
• Refrain from attempting to manipulate, delete, or fabricate reviews.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You may upload content (e.g., service photos, logos) for your profile. You grant Glowsel permission to display and promote this content on the platform. You may not copy or use Glowsel’s branding or other businesses’ materials.

8. Conduct & Professional Standards

You agree to:

• Provide services in a professional, safe, and respectful manner.
• Maintain proper hygiene and client care.
• Avoid discriminatory, illegal, or unprofessional behavior.

Glowsel reserves the right to investigate and take action in case of misconduct or complaints.

9. Limitation of Liability

Glowsel is not responsible for:

• User behavior or no-shows.
• Service outcomes or disputes between you and users.
• External losses or damage that occur as a result of using the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

You may terminate your business account at any time by notifying us. Glowsel may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or harm the integrity of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tirana, Albania.
